We are gathering interest for the 2025/26 season. If you are a Year 11 student (U16) and are still undecided about your school or college plans, we invite you to discover the exciting opportunities within our Full-Time Education and Football Programme.

We offer a full-time, performance-based academy experience, catering to talented footballers completing year 11 at their secondary school.

This program seamlessly integrates elite football training with education, providing an optimal experience for those aspiring to pursue a career in the football industry.

Education

Getting an education will level up your football game! Students will be studying towards a BTEC Level 3 Qualification, which is the equivalent of 3 A Levels, and will facilitate a pathway into University.

Liam Walsh will take the reins of our Football Scholarship Programme as the U16-U18 Academy Manager at PSA for the 25/26 season. His 14 years of teaching experience, coupled with his keen insight into educational requirements and dedication to nurturing young talent, make him the ideal leader for our course.

PLAYER JOURNEY

Will Hall, who is a left footed centre back, made strides from PSA to securing a deal with Watford. Subsequently, he obtained his scholarship and joined Talent X. Following the completion of his BTEC at Watford and the absence of a professional offer, Will signed with Boston United at step 2.

Concurrently, he is pursuing his University degree for Sport psychology at Loughborough University.


EXIT ROUTES

These exit routes offer diverse opportunities for individuals involved in football, whether it be through education, playing at different levels, or contributing to the sport in non-playing roles.

Each pathway requires dedication, skill development, and a strategic approach to make the most out of the opportunities available.
